just shut up already
okay why dont you all shut up already? yeah im talking to all of you who are protesting the kamehameha school thing. why do you think you can bend the rules? oh thats right, cuz you people were mistreated and blah blah blah. ive got a story for you. when i was in, oh, say second grade my sister and i were playing in my room and i found it a good idea to go into my window seat. so i climbed in and my sister sat on top so i could not get out. yeah i was mistreated but you dont hear me complaining about it now. when i dont get to do whatever i want, i dont bring up that day long ago when i was trapped inside a window seat. no siree. i got over it. so why dont you get over it?
what was that? did you say that some old hawaiian lady's will declared that only hawaiians could attend kamehameha school and that we need to obey her will? im fine with that. the only thing im disappointed in is that i wont be around to see everyone writing "stupid" on their foreheads on tuesdays. yep, im gonna declare in my will that on tuesdays, everyone must use red lipstick and write "stupid" on their forehead. see what im getting at? exactly! youre dumbasses. a will doesnt make things law. so shut up.
'He and others are preparing to "get more aggressive and we're going to go into Waikiki," Gora said. "We're going to hit the economic situation, we're going to hit them hard and we're going to tell them leave, tell the tourists to leave. Because we're not pleased with what's going on."'
hahaha dont make me laugh. ok, go ahead and tell your only source of income to leave because last time i checked, the sugar cane wasnt exactly selling like hotcakes.
id usually write this kind of thing somewhere else but i figured more of you would see it here and it would possibly bring about some responses.

Another good example is the new direction for the Royal Hawaiian Band.
Hmm...I think the antagonistic misappropriation of an entire civilization is kind of hard to compare to that of the struggle to get a certain seat on the ride to the store. I mean, if it came to keeping all the property my family owned (the stuff I never see) and sitting in another seat, I'd choose the other seat. Not barring the fact that most Hawaiians are addressing this the wrong way, it's hard to act with a clear head when things that you believe are yours are simply taken away and given to the US.
Hell, kids with stupid little gopher jobs complain about the US taking away their money for Social Security Insurance and that thing is at least going to these kids. The Hawaiians, they just lost their entire paycheck to the US, and no, they aren't getting Social for it.
Most Hawaiians are doing this in a bad way, sure, and I think that Kamehameha School should be open to everyone, no matter what creed, color, or origin. I don't think they should parade themselves somewhere, because frankly, they'll just look like douchebags.
It seems they're in a hell of a problem, and expect a deus ex machina to work, when it obviously won't.
They would be a lot more loveable if they were not fat, and they were hot, you know, like the images of Hawaiians most people have? Yeah, then most likely, they'd get what they want...but they are a large masculine people. And that won't cut it. Not by a long shot. Nope, not by any shot at all. Won't cut no rope. Nope they don't got a chance in hell they try it that way. Not a chance in hell, even if it was the frozen over kind. Yes, even if that hell froze over, who knows what chance they'd take. What chance they'd take at getting a shot, is what I'm reckoning at. A shot they just can't take to cut it for the life of them and all hell frozen over. Yessir.

but its not that their things are being taken away. they are just being told what they can or can't do with said things.
i have a car. its mine and my family's car. eventhough it is ours, we cant just drive however we want. or run over people we dont like.
the situation is basically the same thing. the hawaiians still own kamehameha school but they cannot do everything they want with it. they have to follow the laws set down by the united states, which they have to realize, they are a part of.
